Meeting Responsibilities

To schedule a meeting with Joe McGee, we ask that the host church or organization, please provide the following:

  1. One round trip airfare and/or car rental (depending on location).
  2. One hotel room for one person per day.
  3. One meal per day.
  4. A love offering at the end of the service(s). Please note: We require no set honorarium or fee, however, we do ask that you provide the people with an opportunity to give at the end of each service where Joe ministers.
  5. Two eight-foot tables and two to three volunteers in order to display and sell our teaching tapes, videos, and ministry materials.
  6. Transportation to and from the airport and to and from each meeting. We normally bring one suitcase, two large cases of book table materials and one display case.
